Psyllium Husk, commonly known as Isabgol, is the outer coating (epidermis) of the dried ripe seeds of Plantago Ovata. Rich in soluble dietary fibre (>80%), it forms a viscous gel on contact with water, making it a critical ingredient in pharmaceutical formulations, dietary supplements, functional foods, and gluten-free baking.

Sigma Global supplies conventional psyllium husk processed through pneumatic de-husking technology, ensuring dust-free, contaminant-free output. Each shipment undergoes independent laboratory testing (SGS/Italab) for purity, moisture, microbial counts, heavy metals, pesticide residue, and MOAH/MOSH for EU-bound shipments.
